Service Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a General Service Technician responsible for performing non-technical automotive repairs such as oil changes, tire services, and multi-point inspections. The role includes driving vehicles, picking up parts, maintaining shop cleanliness, and supporting team tasks. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and company policies, with a focus on teamwork and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-technical automotive repairs, including oil changes, tire services, and multi-point inspections
• Mount, balance, and rotate tires
• Perform light vehicle maintenance
• Drive vehicles and pick up parts
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization
• Ensure shop safety and adhere to safety protocols and company policies
• Support team tasks and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain a State Inspector License if not already held
• Basic mechanical understanding
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying environmental conditions
