Service Technician

Role Overview: The General Service Technician is an entry-level position focused on supporting vehicle maintenance and shop operations. Responsibilities Include Performing tire services such as mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotations.Conducting oil changes and basic maintenance like fluid checks, replacing wipers, bulbs, batteries, and filters.Completing Digital Vehicle Inspections and accurately documenting repair orders.Identifying safety issues and communicating findings appropriately.Conducting State Safety and Emission Inspections where applicable.Maintaining cleanliness and organization of customer vehicles, shop, and surrounding areas.Transporting customers, parts, and supplies as needed.Following safety protocols, using PPE, and reporting hazards.Collaborating with team members, accepting coaching, and participating in training.Working flexibly, including weekends, and performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: Reliable, safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and able to follow procedures. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work in varying temperatures and physical conditions are required. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma, technical training, or prior hands-on experience.
