About the role

Renewal by Andersen, the replacement division of Andersen Windows, is looking for a Service Technician to join its growing team. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, energetic, deadline-driven environment. This is also an opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a passionate, close-knit team. This position will be at our new Roanoke office.

Responsibilities

Providing service and repair on previously installed window and door products.
Analyzing customer situations and determining corrective actions to be taken and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Keeping track of all service orders and maintain communication with customers.
Follow established company guidelines and procedures regarding work performed.
Maintain inventory of all service parts and replenish as necessary.
Occasionally performing new installations

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of window installation, carpentry finishing and/or remodeling experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proven track record of superior workmanship.
Customer service skills.

Pay

Compensation $20-$23 per hour (based on experience) with monthly bonus opportunities.
