Responsibilities

• Follow remediation and restoration procedures for cleanup of clients' homes and possessions using appropriate equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain company equipment.
• Collect and record detailed documentation, including photos, notes, and videos.
• Communicate empathetically with property owners about their loss.
• Perform minor demolition tasks.

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude and empathetic approach.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and project completion.
• Team player mindset with dedication to excellence and willingness to assist as needed.
• Comfortable with unpredictability and eager to tackle tasks with punctuality.
• Experience using hand and power tools.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Capability to walk/stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
• Ability to wear respiratory equipment and PPE.
• Availability for after-hours work and on-call rotation for emergencies.
