Service Technician

What You'll Do

• Perform service, repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and warranty work at customer locations and jobsites.
• Diagnose product issues, perform repairs and adjustments, document completed work, and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout every service visit.
• Depending on the business unit, work may include doors, windows, millwork, building products, equipment, or related systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, warranty, construction, or related industries.
• Experience servicing building products such as doors, windows, millwork, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of installation, adjustment, repair, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience working in customer-facing field service roles.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to qualify for company vehicle insurance.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
