Responsibilities
- Build high impact relationships with customers.
- Perform maintenance, sanitation, repairs, and lab sampling on water vending machines.
- Respond to service calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage equipment parts and inventory.
- Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Collect and manage cash/coins from retail markets and vending locations.
- Nurture quality relationships with customers, being knowledgeable about products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer experiences as a Primo brand ambassador.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use diagnostic tools.
- Proficiency in using application-based handheld devices.
- Excellent planning, time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math skills proficiency.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for prolonged periods during equipment servicing.
- Valid Driver’s License meeting Company qualification standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
