About the Role
At Plunkett's, our technicians do more than treat pests. They solve problems and help customers feel safe and comfortable. As a Service Technician, you'll manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. This Route services St. Louis Park and South Minneapolis.

Responsibilities
- Provide pest control services for homes and businesses
- Inspect properties and treat for common pests
- Build strong customer relationships
- Look for ways to grow your route through sales
- Use basic equipment and tools, and work in indoor and outdoor conditions

Requirements
- Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
- Self-starter who thrives working independently
- Eager to learn. We'll train and license you.
- Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
- Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
Bonus points: Experience in route sales, account management, or customer service.
Physical requirements: Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.

Pay
Training Pay is $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour + Uncapped Sales Incentives!
