About the role
As a Service Technician at Plunkett's, you'll manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships in Albert Lea, Austin, and the surrounding areas.
Training Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour + uncapped sales incentives.
- You set your schedule with flexible hours—no micromanaging or fixed 9-to-5.

Responsibilities
- Provide pest control services for homes and businesses.
- Inspect properties and treat for common pests.
- Build strong customer relationships and look for opportunities to grow your route through sales.
- Use basic equipment and tools while working in indoor and outdoor conditions.

Requirements
- Comfortable talking with customers and selling services.
- Self-starter who thrives working independently.
- Eager to learn—training and licensing provided.
- Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions.
- Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
Bonus points: Experience in route sales, account management, or customer service.
Physical requirements: Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
