Service Technician
About the Role

As a Service Technician, you'll manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. This route services Oklahoma City and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities
- Provide pest control services for homes and businesses
- Inspect properties and treat for common pests
- Build strong customer relationships
- Look for ways to grow your route through sales
- Use basic equipment and tools, and work in indoor and outdoor conditions
Requirements
- Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
- Self-starter who thrives working independently
- Eager to learn — we'll train and license you
- Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
- Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
Bonus points: Experience in route sales, account management, or customer service.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs)
- Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting
Note: As a Technician with Plunkett's, you will undergo a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Record check upon receiving an employment offer.

Pay
Training pay is $20.00 – $22.00 per hour plus uncapped sales incentives.
