About the role
Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients. This includes troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring all systems are functioning optimally.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve client-reported hardware and software issues
- Perform preventive maintenance checks on equipment
- Document service activities and report findings to supervisors
- Train new employees on service procedures and protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support or similar field
- Proficient in using common IT tools and software
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Skills
- Technical proficiency with network infrastructure
- Knowledge of operating systems and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
