Service Technician

About the role

Parish Tractor is seeking a motivated and dependable Service Technician to join our team in Marianna, FL. This position performs basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment.
• Diagnose technical problems and replace malfunctioning components.
• Upgrade systems for efficiency and run equipment tests to ensure stability.
• Adhere to the company’s safety standards.
• Participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs to develop skills and knowledge.
• Maintain current knowledge of Kubota Equipment and allied products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Adequate tool set to perform job responsibilities (special tools provided).
• Experience in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• Experience with basic computer functions.
• Able to work overtime and on Saturdays.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Position requires prolonged periods of standing and short periods of working in slightly awkward positions.
