Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and service LP propane gas appliances and tanks
• Conduct leak checks and repair gas leaks at site locations
• Perform routine service, cleaning, and maintenance of LP Gas appliances
• Respond to customer requests for insufficient or lack of heat, and handle emergencies
• Ensure service vehicle cleanliness and conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, perform bending, climbing, reaching, and rotating tasks
• Work and travel during various seasons and weather conditions
• Comply with municipal guidelines and adhere to company standards

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a service technician with installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of various equipment or systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Commercial Driver's License with HazMat endorsement and satisfactory driving record
• Current DOT Medical Card

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and comprehension of all products promoted and associated with the company
• MS Office and Outlook knowledge
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Multitasking and independent work capabilities
