Service Technician

Our Faribault Culligan dealership is seeking a Service Technician with strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves installing, servicing, and repairing residential water treatment equipment, with paid training provided.

Ideal Candidate

• Mechanical aptitude and superior problem-solving skills.
• High motivation to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Preferred (but not required): 1 year of prior plumbing and/or water conditioning service/installation experience.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and work under deadlines in physically demanding conditions (ability to move products weighing up to 185 lbs).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred: 1 year of customer service or customer-focused experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent Culligan professionally within the community, ensuring a safe and positive image.
• Service, install, and repair residential water treatment equipment.
• Exceed customer expectations by going above and beyond to meet their needs.
• Promote various Culligan products and services.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (approximate). Rotating weekend on-call shifts.

Pay

$24–$25 USD per hour.
