Service Technician

What You'll Do

• Installing new HVAC systems
• Performing routine preventative maintenance tasks
• Diagnosing system errors, identifying the root cause, and performing necessary repairs or replacements of defective parts
• Following P1 safety protocols when working with equipment and in various work environments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• At least 2 years of related experience in HVAC or related field
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods of time

Skills

• Computer literacy
• Strong ability to develop, close, and manage quoted, PM and T&M work
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills

Pay & Schedule

The pay range for this position is $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience. Hours are typically Monday through Friday, with some weekend work required. Flexible scheduling may be available based on company needs.
