About the role
Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients in Lebanon.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve client issues related to hardware and software systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Train clients on basic troubleshooting and system usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or similar field.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of networking and cybersecurity.
