About the role
We are seeking an experienced electronic security service technician to join our fast‑growing and dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, testing and repair of enterprise level electronic security systems for Healthcare, Higher Education, Utilities, Pharmaceutical, Data Center & Technology and Oil & Gas customers.
- Act as a technical leader in the field, providing advanced support mainly for Access Control, Video Surveillance, and related low‑voltage systems.
- Ensure systems operate reliably and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support the operation team when needed.
- Some travel may be required, along with after‑hours service calls.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with installing and maintaining enterprise‑level access control systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with installing and maintaining enterprise‑level video management systems (IP‑based and analog).
