Troubleshooting and Repair

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry issues
• Complete preventative maintenance and routine service requests
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of the community
• Respond promptly to work orders and resident maintenance needs
• Communicate professionally with residents and team members

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
• At least one year of maintenance experience or equivalent training
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A team player who takes ownership of their work, treats others with respect, and is willing to step in wherever needed
