Troubleshooting and Repair
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry issues
- Complete preventative maintenance and routine service requests
- Maintain the appearance and functionality of the community
- Respond promptly to work orders and resident maintenance needs
- Communicate professionally with residents and team members
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
- At least one year of maintenance experience or equivalent training
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- A team player who takes ownership of their work, treats others with respect, and is willing to step in wherever needed
