The primary service region is the Charlotte Metropolitan area. Services are provided for new residential construction as well as existing homes. A typical day will include the following: Attending appointments scheduled by a Sales and Production AdministratorTraveling to appointments using a company vehicleEnsuring the required supplies and equipment are on the company vehicle Performing yearly maintenance for existing customersInspecting work completed by Moisture Loc for warranty assessmentsDiagnosing and fixing issuesRecommending additional products and services to enhance original installations or to remedy new concernsInstalling additional products purchased by the customerCommunicating results of assessments and customer visits to the Sales and Production Administrator Nature of Work and Conditions Work is typically performed in basements and crawl spacesWork requires constant movement, is physical and can include standing, bending, crawling, loading and unloading materials, pushing and pulling equipment.
