Service Technician

About the role
The Service Technician will assist with service-related tasks such as service calls for tanks/pumps, deliver package lubes, and support various responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer service requests (service calls).
- Perform routine maintenance on customer equipment.
- Support facilities maintenance and repair activities.
- Organize, inspect, repair, and replenish warehouse items (materials, equipment, and tooling).
- Provide mentorship for new and inexperienced workers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Clean background (no felonies on record).
- Working cell phone.
- Ability to be on call (rotation).
- Ability to work flexible/additional shifts if needed.
- Take instruction and complete tasks accordingly.
- Able to work unsupervised.
- Team player.
- Must be 21 or older.
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
Travel
Local and regional travel required. Availability to travel for disaster response is a plus.
Schedule
Able to work a rotating schedule (typically 5 days on, 2 days off). May require working weekends and holidays.
