Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service requests (service calls)
• Perform routine maintenance on customer equipment
• Support facilities maintenance and repair activities
• Organize, inspect, repair, and replenish warehouse items (materials, equipment, and tooling)
• Provide mentorship for new and inexperienced workers based in the local area
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Clean background with no felonies
• Working cell phone
• Ability to be on call (rotation)
• Ability to work a flexible/additional shift, if needed
• Take instruction and complete tasks accordingly
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Team player
• Must be 21 or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Availability to travel for disaster response is a plus

Schedule

• Rotating schedule (typically 5/2)
• May have to work weekends and holidays
