Service Technician

Responsibilities

- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and adherence to dealership policies. - Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; conduct test drives. - Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems. - Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers about any additional service needs. Complete online multi-point inspection reports. - Execute repairs under warranty according to manufacturer specifications.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician. - Comprehensive knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance. - Ability to learn quickly. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent customer service skills. - Team-oriented. - Proficient in computer operations. - Skilled in operating electronic diagnostic equipment. - Valid driver's license.
