Pay
$20–$22 per hour
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (Full Time)
Responsibilities
- Accurately measure dimensions and determine proper installation methods for our products
- Install replacement windows and doors with precision and adherence to company standards
- Perform comprehensive service and repair on previously installed Renewal by Andersen products to ensure solutions match customer expectations
- Analyze customer concerns, determine appropriate corrective actions, and verify that solutions are completed efficiently and cost-effectively
- Maintain and keep the service van organized
- Complete and submit all required operational documentation accurately and on time
- Present a professional image and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of construction or home improvement experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to service and repair previously installed windows and doors
- Ability to conduct technical measurements required for window/door installation
- Prior experience with Renewal by Andersen product installation is strongly preferred
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screening
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
