Hourly Rate: $20–$24
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Full Time)
Responsibilities
- Accurately measure dimensions and determine proper installation methods for our products
- Install replacement windows and doors with precision, adhering to company standards
- Perform comprehensive service and repair on previously installed Renewal by Andersen products to meet customer expectations
- Analyze customer concerns, determine corrective actions, and verify solutions are completed efficiently and cost-effectively
- Maintain and organize the service van
- Complete and submit all required operational documentation accurately and on time
- Present a professional image and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of construction or home improvement experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to service and repair previously installed windows and doors
- Ability to conduct technical measurements required for window/door installation
- Prior experience with Renewal by Andersen product installation is strongly preferred
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
