Service Technician

Responsibilities And Duties

• Ensure prompt resolution of customer service-related issues.
• Determine corrective actions for product issues at customer sites.
• Determine spare parts needed for repairs at customer sites.
• Travel to customer sites for inspections, maintenance, repairs, and other service-related tasks.
• Maintain records of service issues in a database.

Skills And Specifications

• Extensive knowledge of hand tools including wrenches, pliers, and power tools like electric drills and sanders.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel by air or car as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with visitors, callers, and vendors.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Pass a background check.
• Hold a REAL ID or passport.
