Responsibilities And Duties
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer service-related issues.
- Determine corrective actions for product issues at customer sites.
- Determine spare parts needed for repairs at customer sites.
- Travel to customer sites for inspections, maintenance, repairs, and other service-related tasks.
- Maintain records of service issues in a database.
Skills And Specifications
- Extensive knowledge of hand tools including wrenches, pliers, and power tools like electric drills and sanders.
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to travel by air or car as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with visitors, callers, and vendors.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Requirements
- Pass a background check.
- Hold a REAL ID or passport.
