About the role

Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Eugene is seeking automotive technicians to join their team. The position offers competitive flat rate pay, paid manufacturer training, and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure reliability and safety
• Document repair procedures, findings, and recommendations
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts department, and management
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards

Requirements

• Automotive technician (any level welcome — apprentice, journeyman, or master)
• Must have professional experience or trade school training to be considered
• ASE certifications preferred but not required
• Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram experience is a strong plus
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Dependability, efficiency, and attention to detail

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
