Service Technician

About the role

Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) Housing Program is seeking a full‑time Service Technician (35 hours per week) based in Corydon, Indiana. The technician will work daily in Harrison County and some Crawford County housing properties, and may assist at other LHDC locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance and cleaning.
• Prepare residential units for rent.
• Conduct light plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs.
• Interact professionally with the public.
• Travel locally and out‑of‑area as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience or training in grounds and essential residential maintenance (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Schedule

Four‑day work week, Monday through Thursday (35 hours per week).
