About the role

Automotive Service Technician - Join the LaLonde Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram team as a Chrysler Automotive Technician on our Service Team!

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
• Ensure all deliveries and incoming cars are thoroughly inspected and cleaned to standards.
• Examine the vehicle to determine if any additional or safety work is required and notify supervisor.
• Facilitate service customer needs according to management.
• Communicate with Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an automotive technician (mechanic) or recent completion of automotive tech/trade school with certifications.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
