Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High level of technical aptitude a must
- Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office
- Firm working knowledge of industry concepts, practices and procedures. Familiarity with service equipment and its function
- Advanced project and process management abilities
- Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form
- Ability to work independently and with a team. Must have willingness to pitch in and help with any/all tasks that are needed in the office during the workday

Responsibilities
- Providing customer support and service for all products sold
- Managing the service pipeline and turnaround time
- Completing service projects to factory specifications
- Providing estimates and purchase orders for customers
- Checking and calibrating new equipment prior to sale
- Coinciding with sales team to build relationships with customers
- Assisting with in-store sales and support
