Service Technician

Immediate opening for a full-time Service Technician to service and repair various types of agriculture and construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures, confirm repairs, and recommend service for continued equipment reliability.
• Complete and verify electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and diesel repairs on equipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform quality service work to meet or exceed collectable efficiency, billable efficiency, labor sales, and rework goals.
• Complete work orders and forms for service operations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team to generate expected results and ensure collective success.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment while continually improving skills to strengthen performance and expand opportunities.
