Service Technician

About the role

Johnson RV is seeking Service Technicians with skilled trade experience and general repair skills for our growing dealership Service Center. We specialize in repairs on the house portion of the RV, accessory installation, collision work, and some chassis tasks. Whether you come from RV repair, automotive, HVAC, construction, facility maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or another hands-on trade, your skills can translate here. Experienced technicians will find room to grow, and those newer to the trade will receive support to develop.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair multiple systems in RVs
• Recondition pre-owned units for resale
• Perform accessory installation and collision work
• Work independently and within a team environment
• Focus on quality repairs and problem-solving

Requirements

• Skilled trade background in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hydraulic, mechanical, or related systems (RV experience is a plus but not required)
• Possess most tools needed to perform job duties
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Professional references who can verify work experience
