Responsibilities
- Performs minor equipment and building repairs.
- Services work orders at various locations.
- Responds to priority service calls, addressing urgent safety concerns and jurisdictional shutdowns.
- Updates daily logs and submits required paperwork through customer portals.
- Assists in updating facility records at the store level.
- Maintains vehicle and parts inventory.
- Travels frequently to different sites to complete tasks.
- Ensures personal and team safety by adhering to company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related Service Technician experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Strong customer service mentality, positive attitude, enthusiasm, and persistence.
- Possesses the necessary vehicles and tools for job functions.
- Diligently considers costs and benefits of work performed.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrates attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Must possess or obtain an appropriate state drivers license before employment, along with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
