Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Performs minor equipment and building repairs.
• Services work orders at various locations.
• Responds to priority service calls, addressing urgent safety concerns and jurisdictional shutdowns.
• Updates daily logs and submits required paperwork through customer portals.
• Assists in updating facility records at the store level.
• Maintains vehicle and parts inventory.
• Travels frequently to different sites to complete tasks.
• Ensures personal and team safety by adhering to company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related Service Technician experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Strong customer service mentality, positive attitude, enthusiasm, and persistence.
• Possesses the necessary vehicles and tools for job functions.
• Diligently considers costs and benefits of work performed.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrates attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Must possess or obtain an appropriate state drivers license before employment, along with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
