Service Technician

We have a strong flow of customer-pay, warranty, and internal reconditioning work, making this an excellent opportunity for technicians who are confident working on a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
About the role
Competitive flat-rate pay based on experience and skill level. Consistent workflow with strong internal vehicle production in a modern, well-equipped service facility. Five-day work week with closed Sundays, paid training, and advancement potential in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Complete thorough vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance services
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical concerns efficiently
- Maintain quality workmanship while meeting production goals
- Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety standards
- Accurately document repair procedures and recommendations
Requirements
- Proven automotive repair and diagnostic experience
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills preferred
- Experience with used and high-line vehicle repairs is a plus
- ASE certifications are preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Every Other Saturday
Pay
$19.00 - $32.00 Flat Rate per Hour, based on experience, certifications, and productivity.
