Service Technician

About the role

This isn’t your average technician job. As a Pest Control Technician with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the face of our company, trusted by customers to protect their homes and families. Your main focus will be providing outstanding pest control services, maintaining a winning attitude and a proactive mindset. You’ll also have the chance to earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along your route.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding pest control services
• Maintain a winning attitude and proactive mindset

• Use a fully equipped company vehicle
• Receive expert coaching from industry leaders

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurable)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds safely
• Safely maneuver and navigate through crawlspaces and attics
• Pass a drug screen
• Obtain a local Pesticide License (training and testing fees covered)

Bonus & Commission

• 10% upfront on contracts
• Additional 25% on the back end of the contract value
• $2 per each completed mosquito stop

Pay & Schedule

• Pay range: $22–$25 per hour + incentives & bonuses + commission on new accounts
• Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Rotating Saturday's Year round work
