Responsibilities

• Repair and enhance community facilities, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and painting.
• Provide creative solutions to maintenance issues, manage time effectively, and learn new skills quickly.
• Respond promptly to service requests, collaborate with team members, and prioritize tasks to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Monitor apartment vacancies, initiate the turnover process, and perform necessary repairs and cleaning.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to keep equipment in optimal condition and reduce costly repairs.
• Regularly inspect properties for cleanliness and safety, and contribute to maintaining a positive community image.

Requirements

• At least one year of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, and rotating on-call responsibilities for after-hours emergencies.
• A valid driver’s license or access to reliable transportation.
• EPA license preferred, but not required as Hilltop Residential will cover the cost for obtaining the necessary certification if hired.
