We are offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus, with half paid at 90 days of employment and half paid at 180 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Repair and enhance our community, including plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting needs
• Respond to service requests, collaborating with teammates and prioritizing requests to earn trust and build resident satisfaction
• Monitor apartment vacancies daily and initiate the turnover process with painting, cleaning, and repairing
• Perform preventive maintenance, including regular tune-ups to safeguard equipment and minimize costly repairs
• Walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
• Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation
• EPA license preferred, with opportunity for Hilltop Residential to cover the cost of obtaining required certification if not already held
