Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair swimming pools and related equipment
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and industry best practices
• Document work performed and communicate status to relevant parties
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• At least 2 years of experience in pool maintenance or similar field
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for customer satisfaction and quality workmanship
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques

Skills

• Proficiency in pool chemicals and equipment operation
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Basic understanding of water chemistry
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor
