Service Technician

About the role

General Parts is hiring experienced commercial kitchen technicians in the Milwaukee area to service and repair restaurant equipment for a variety of customers, including restaurants, hospitals, schools, and commercial kitchens. The company has over 80 years of experience and supports a field service force of more than 200 technicians across 26 states.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair restaurant equipment at customer locations, including restaurants, hospitals, schools, and commercial kitchens.
• Work on commercial cooking equipment such as fryers, ovens, and grills.
• Work on commercial refrigeration equipment such as walk‑ins, ice machines, and reach‑ins, or both as a combo technician.

Requirements

• Experience working on commercial kitchen equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• EPA certification required for refrigeration technicians.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
