We need to produce HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Summary (could be About the role). Duties and Responsibilities (Responsibilities). Qualifications (Qualifications). Also there is a list of competencies (skills). There's no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not include those sections. So we should map content to those. Thus: - About the role: summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: duties and responsibilities list. - Requirements: maybe includes physical demands and work environment? Could also include supervisory responsibilities (none). But we can include physical demands under Requirements. - Qualifications: education, certificates, licenses, computer skills, other skills. - Skills: competencies list. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO etc. The competencies list includes many items that are generic but they are part of posting; we should keep them as they are substantive? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we keep the competencies list. We need to format lists with
