Service Technician

About the role

Join Our Team as a Service Technician at Franklin Water Treatment dba Hellenbrand / Aqua Systems, a Division of Franklin Electric. We are leaders in innovative water treatment solutions and are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Technician to become part of our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed installation and/or service instructions, processes, and procedures including but not limited to the following:
• Water systems installation and/or maintenance
• Evaluate and repair problems related to existing customer systems
• Comply with Health & Safety requirements related to installation and service procedures
• Maintain a daily installation and/or service schedule as assigned
• Use available parts to assemble, install, and/or service various water treatment equipment or kits according to operating instructions

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
• A Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving history (required)
• 1-3 years or more experience working in a plumbing type position (preferred)
• A Strong Work-Ethic; Self-Motivated; and Proven Customer Service Skills (required)
• Punctual/Dependable with Great Attendance (required)

Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumber or Restricted Appliance License (preferred)

Skills

• Physical demands for the job: Regular use of hands and arms, frequent standing, moving between sitting, standing, and walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, and lifting items weighing 50+ lbs.
