Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, diagnose vehicle issues, and conduct repairs with precision and care.
• Collaborate closely with service advisors to communicate findings and ensure a seamless experience for customers.
• Work with a diverse range of vehicles and engage in continual learning and training to stay ahead in the industry.
• Contribute to a customer-centric atmosphere while maintaining a high level of integrity and safety.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with diagnostic software and tools for identifying vehicle issues and performing accurate repairs.
• Must be Phase 3 CDJR with a minimum of 2 years experience.
• Valid driver's license to operate and test vehicles safely.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule
