Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve client equipment issues
- Maintain and upgrade client hardware and software
- Provide training and guidance to clients on technology usage
- Document service requests and resolutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 50%
