About the role

Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve client equipment issues
  • Maintain and upgrade client hardware and software
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on technology usage
  • Document service requests and resolutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Qualifications

    • Valid driver’s license
    • Ability to travel up to 50%
