Service Technician

About the role

Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve client issues related to hardware and software.
• Maintain and upgrade client equipment as needed.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on using provided technology.
• Document service requests and resolutions in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in common IT tools and software.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols.
• Experience with remote access and troubleshooting.
