About the role
Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve client issues related to hardware and software.
- Maintain and upgrade client equipment as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on using provided technology.
- Document service requests and resolutions in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in common IT tools and software.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols.
- Experience with remote access and troubleshooting.
