Service Technician

About the role

Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve client issues related to hardware and software.
• Maintain and upgrade client equipment as needed.
• Provide training and support to clients on new technologies and solutions.
• Document service calls and maintenance activities for future reference.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or related field.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols.
• Experience with common IT tools and software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay

• $40,000 - $50,000 annually.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
