About the role
Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve client issues related to hardware and software.
- Maintain and upgrade client equipment as needed.
- Provide training and support to clients on new technologies and solutions.
- Document service calls and maintenance activities for future reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or related field.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols.
- Experience with common IT tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay
- $40,000 - $50,000 annually.
Schedule
