Service Technician

About the role

We’re looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen. As a professional craftsperson, you’ll work in remodeling, finish carpentry, or window installation in homes of all shapes, sizes, and styles. This is a customer-facing role requiring dedication to going the extra mile for homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and services based on job site evaluations for windows and doors needing attention due to installation or manufacturing issues.
• Understand the correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for accurate evaluation.
• Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently.
• Travel to customers' homes to assess and repair products.
• Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit it in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Experience as a service technician or finish carpenter preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable with Apple products.
• Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
• Valid US Driver’s License.

Pay

USD $25.00 - USD $28.00 /Hr.
