Service Technician

About the role

Perform timely warranty and chargeable services while delivering exceptional customer service. Report to the production manager Monday through Friday at 7:00 AM to receive your daily schedule.

Responsibilities

• Execute warranty and chargeable service work for customers as scheduled.
• Call customers at the start of the day to provide an ETA.
• Communicate throughout the shift with the production manager to resolve on-site warranty and chargeable services.
• Collect payment and complete additional work orders on-site.
• Upload before and after photos of job sites.
• Inspect and maintain recycle, steel, and garbage bins at the shop.

Requirements

• Experience with exterior home improvements.
• Confidence working on a ladder up to 44 feet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with face-to-face customer service.
• Ability to drive long distances safely.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift/move/carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 25 pounds frequently, and negligible weight consistently.

Desired Skills

• Gutter installation or service experience.
• Commercial driving experience.
