About the role
Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of various systems and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware and software systems.
- Maintain and upgrade existing systems to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Train and assist end-users in the proper use and troubleshooting of systems.
- Document procedures and best practices for system maintenance and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IT support or a similar field.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems using diagnostic tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in common IT tools and software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
