Service Technician

About the role

Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of various systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware and software systems.
• Maintain and upgrade existing systems to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Train and assist end-users in the proper use and troubleshooting of systems.
• Document procedures and best practices for system maintenance and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IT support or a similar field.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems using diagnostic tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
