Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of AV/Networking /Technology Integration Experience
• Control4 Certification
• Motivated to learn new technologies and processes
• Exhibits strong management and leadership skills; capable of leading and motivating others
• Possesses a valid California driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured motor vehicle
• Able to independently lift items up to 50 pounds
• Capable of sitting, standing, and kneeling for extended periods of time

Skills

• Reads and interprets blueprints, diagrams, floor plans, specifications, and operational/product manuals
• Manages all aspects of support including end-user training, troubleshooting, and follow through on escalation of issues
• Collaborates on problem-solving in both installation standards and provides challenges and successes during weekly team meetings
• Travels to various job sites; uses hand and power tools safely; maintains company-issued tools, equipment, and vehicle
• Interacts with clients, builders, and other industry professionals
• Communicates with the project manager about the progress of the project
