Service Technician

About the role

As a Service Technician at Culligan Ultrapure, you’ll install, maintain, repair, and upgrade water treatment systems for residential customers, working with equipment such as reverse osmosis systems and water softeners to ensure the highest quality water.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and upgrade water treatment systems for residential customers.
• Handle a variety of equipment including reverse osmosis systems, water softeners, and related water treatment technology.
• Ensure customers enjoy the highest quality water.
• Work with state‑of‑the‑art tools and technology.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform system upgrades.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑driven work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Great communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• High energy and enthusiasm for working in a positive, team‑driven environment.
