About the role
Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients. Duties include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
- Train clients on proper equipment usage and maintenance
- Document service activities and submit reports
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Qualifications
- Experience with common IT hardware and software
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Technical proficiency with computers and networking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
