As a Service Technician, you will help maintain the physical integrity of this beautiful community with 301 apartment-homes.
Pay
Hourly rate + $750.00 per month rent discount for live-on.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with your team members to complete service requests and make-readies in a timely fashion with high quality craftsmanship.
- Share your knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise.
- Go above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage your time wisely and communicate throughout the day.
- Anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur.
Requirements
- Recent hands-on experience in apartment maintenance preferred; student housing experience a plus.
- For the month of August and during other high turn seasons, must be willing to work 7a-7p as needed – with no vacation time permitted during August.
- EPA certification strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair, and electrical.
- Must be willing to participate in the on-call emergency rotation.
- Vehicle, driver’s license, and basic tools required.
